Granite countertops installation in Glenview IL. You can see Juparana Vyara kitchen countertops finished with eased edge. Full height back splash covers the wall between the countertops and upper cabinets. This job is still in progress. We still have to apply silicon between backsplashes and upper cabinets. Electrician has to attache electric outlets and instal covers. Everything is nicely matched with only slight contrast between the color of the cabinets and granite countertops. Full height back splashes helps granite to stand out and are very practical and easy to clean.

Emperador Dark is beautiful and very popular marble used mostly for bathroom countertops and fire places. Image above is showing Emperador Dark  vanity top with 4″ backsplashes and Ogee edge profile. Dark brown marble with lighter brown veining is nicely matches with white under mount sink and Oil Rubbed Dark Bronze faucet. Marble countertop creates slight contrast with darker brown cabinet.

Granite countertops installation on Armitage Ave Chicago IL. This is still job in progress, but Juparana Vyara granite countertops and full height back-splashes  are in place. We just need to apply the silicon between the Back splash and upper cabinets. Countertops are already sealed with 15 years sealer to prevent any damage of the granite by spilled liquids. Electrician needs to instal covers for the electric outlet and plumber has to connect the plumbing and instal faucets. Other than that job well done, kitchen countertops with BS looks amazing.

Today’s installation of Juparana Delicatus granite countertops in Skokie IL.

Granite countertops are nicely matching beautiful white cabinets and creating just enough of the contrast. Granite is finished with 3/8 beveled edge and gently rounded corners. You can also see cook top cut out ready for 36″ drop in cook top and beautiful farmer kitchen sink. This bronze sink was actually made as a custom order. I think we can agree that everything is tastefully matched even though the upper cabinets and tile backslash is still to be finished.

Image above shows granite countertops from today’s instalation in Chicago.

This Black granite is called Black Galaxy and as you can see it is black with little golden specks in it. This granite color is one of the more popular choices. Kitchen countertops are finished with straight edge. You can notice that countertop on the center island has overhang from three sides with slight radius on the longest side. This is very convenient especially if you are planing to use island as a sitting area. In this case we have enough space to comfortably sit five people. I really like the combination of white cabinets with the dark granite.
